The Vatican Museums are almost exclusively old stuff, with the exception of one modern art gallery…

by Meg, by Matisse

…situated in the last room before you get to the Sistine Chapel, full of completely amazing stuff. Above is a Matisse cut out. He made them after he was confined to a wheel chair, later in his life. There are some, but not a ton of these in the world. And almost everyone who visits the Vatican Museums will miss this entirely while they’re getting their cameras ready for the most famous ceiling in the world.

Where is your best stuff? More importantly, where is your really good stuff in relation to your best stuff? Are you selling your really good stuff short because of where it’s placed?
